What are the system’s components and scope of supply?

The documentation and management system includes supply of all the required components, including a server, computers, terminals with a mobile app for reporting various activities, barcode printers, barcode scanners, scales, and stylish labels. All are ready to operate.
The system includes all the software required for the various growing and processing stages, and of course the main management system, RiosolWeb.

Can the documentation and management system be accessed remotely, from outside the growing and production site?

Yes. A VPN connection is required but once it is made, the system can be securely logged into from outside the site.

Is there a limit to how many users can access the RioWeb management system?

No, there is no limit to how many users can access the RioWeb management system.

How is data backup conducted?

Data is automatically backed up to the Cloud once per day.

Can I backup the data myself?

Of course. All you need to do is to update the pathway to the backup folder and the name of the backup folder, and the file will be moved automatically.

Does the system constantly require a continuous internet connection?

No. The working stations continue to work even when they are not connected to the internet.
It is possible to continue documenting and sending reports via the reporting terminals, and as soon as the internet connection to the site is restored, the information will be updated in the database.

Can reports be produced from the system?

The system is built to enable a variety of different reports to be produced and generated in order to get a real-time snapshot of what is happening.

Does the system comply with EU-GMP, GMP, IMC-GAP guidelines?

Yes, the system is in full compliance with these guidelines.

Can the system be installed and operated at an existing operational growing facility?

Absolutely. The system can be installed at an operational growing and processing facility.

Once the system is installed at the site, can the system and the working stations be expanded after the initial purchase?

After the initial purchase, the system can be expanded and more working stations can be added. As the site grows, the system can be expanded as needed.
